A beautiful 4 bedroom Andalucia villa, which sleeps 8 comfortably, furnished to a high standard with stunning views over to Gibraltar and Morocco. This gorgeous family home with private secluded pool is a real gem to be found in the stunning Andalucia countryside.
As you enter the beautiful Spanish courtyard to the entrance, you feel transported back in time to a slower tranquil pace of life. As you enter the villa the large open planned kitchen and living area are charming, with wood beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors.
The kitchen is equipped with state of the art mod cons (the owner is a professional chef). The beautiful Arga adds to the ambiance as do the twinkly lights over head. Next to the Arga is a large farmhouse table and chairs perfect for breakfast. This leads onto the living room with its gorgeous large open fireplace surrounded by comfortable leather sofas. The large TV (with Sky) and DVD player (large selection of family DVD's) and Wii are perfect to entertain children, as is the family rocking horse.
Next to the living room is another dining area, a more formal room with large table and chairs. From here you can enter the back garden, a fantastic grassed area with trampoline, perfect for children. While the terraced area with cane furniture, under the mature trumpet orchid tree, is ideal for adults to relax with a glass of rose and admire the views over to Gibraltar.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, a double with ensuite bathroom and a twin double suitable for children shared bathroom with another small room with dbl bed. The large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is upsatairs with stunning views out over the mountains.
From the formal dining room you can go through french doors to the secluded pool area with garden furniture and sunbeds to relax with a book and soak up the Spanish sun.
The pool is 8m by 3m and shallow approx 1.8m depth, ideal for a young family. The views from the pool look out onto the stunning muntains and surrounding countryside.
The villa is situated up an approx 2km track, but is accessible with any type of car, and is only a 10 minute drive from the picturesque white village of Casares, where the slow Andalucian way of life hasn’t changed in decades. Have a drink and some tapas in one of the bars and watch village life unravel before you. Visit the remains of the Moorish castle and watch the golden eagles swoop overhead.
It is only a 15-minute drive to the coast for beaches and chiringuitos (bar restaurants on the beach). Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 45 minutes away and it is only just over an hours drive to Tarifa and the stunning Atlantic coast with its long, unspoilt golden beaches.
There are lots of good Spanish Ventas (local restaurants) nearby and the renowned Arroyo Hondo and Forge restaurants are only a few minutes from the house.
