Villa Floria is wonderful spacious, 4 bedroom Andalucia holiday villa, which sleeps 8 people. The house is full of Spanish charm and very close to the coast. The large pool and ample gardens, with fruit trees and grassed area allows you to relax and enjoy the Andalucian sunshine.
The main house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 are doubles with ensuite bathrooms and one is a twin with ensuite bathroom. As you enter the charming villa you see the wonderful use of space and light with an open planned large living area and dining area. The wood beamed ceiling, terracotta floor tiles and beautiful stain glass window panel add to the rustic Spanish charm.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and oven and electric hob.
There is a large glass conservatory next to the living area which overlooks the gardens and pool area, where you can read, relax have a glass of rosado whilst watching the sun set in the evenings. There is an extra snug room with TV and sofas. The bedrooms have wonderful views overlooking the gardens and across the azure Mediterranean sea.
The large swimming pool is ideal for young children with a shallow end, and a deep end for adults, with plenty of sitting area with sunbeds. The pagoda offers tranquil shade to relax and read your book. The villa is situated in an urbanization, and does have houses surrounding it, but the garden feels very peaceful and feels secluded.
The 4th twin bedroom is situated in an annex close to the house with its own bathroom, and leads straight out to the pool area.
Villa Floria is a 15 minute walk down to the coast and nearest Chringuito, (beach bar/fish restaurant). It is a 20 minute drive to the picturesque white village of Casares, where Andalucian life hasn't changed in decades, visit the remains of the moorish castle.
Marbella and all it has to offer is only a 30 minute drive away. Malaga airport is a 50 minute drive and Gibraltar a 40 minute drive away.
