This is a lovely 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom house on a development right near the beach. The house is on the frontline and you can walk down some steps straight down to the beach. This is Bahia Dorada, a wide sweep of sandy beach to the west of Estepona, with fabulous views including the Rock of Gibraltar.
The house has wonderful sea views from nearly every window so that you really feel you are part of this beautiful landscape. There are several terraces where you can relax and take in the sea veiws or dine al fresco. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern faciilties including an electric ceramic hob, microwave, a large fridge freezer and dish washer.
The house has 3 bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a lovely carved Moroccan headboard and a lovely sized window with amazing sea views. There is another double bedroom with 2 single beds and a third bedroom which has 3 single beds and makes a lovely family room.Both have en suite bathrooms.
The lounge area is spacious and has a split level leading to a dining room area. Stairs lead up to a second level which has a second living area with leather sofas and a TV ( only Spanish terrestrial stations ).Like the living room below it has a glass fronted fireplace.
On the estate 6 communal swimming pools can be found. These have life guards during the summer months. There is also a tennis court and a small bar and cafeteria/restaurant.
The house is part of an estate 8km south west of Estepona in the Western Costa del Sol region. The estate is located next to the main Costa del Sol road but once inside the estate you are away from the hustle and bustle of the main coast road. There is plenty of car parking space near to the house and it is a short walk to the front of the house.
There are plenty of restaurants nearby including the beach bar which is in walking distance. Estepona is 15 minutes away and Malaga airport one hour. Day trips can be made to Gibraltar, 50 minutes or the West coast with the lovely white sandy beaches, is 1 hour snd 15 minutes away.
The property is ideal for a family wishing to be on the coast and walking distance to the beach.
