Las Golondrinas is a rural gem set amongst the tranquility of the Andalucian 'campo' countryside, a few kilometres from Casares. This beautiful rustic home is perfect for families wanting to get away from it all, to relax in the charm and peaceful surroundings of La Celima.
As you enter the finca you are surrounded by the rustic charm with the wood beamed ceilings and Spanish antiques ranging from the farming tools on walls to a collection of Spanish 'sombreros'. The fully equipped kitchen leads into the dining room with wood burner, and stunning views over the valley. As you enter the living room you are immediately struck by the cosiness and charm of the room with its open log fireplace.The balcony once again offers stunning views over to Gibraltar.
The 3 bedrooms are located downstairs past the "sombreros". The large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower only) has access to the pool area via it's balcony. The second, large double room, has enough room for another single bed if required.The third bedroom has 2 single beds, next to the family bathroom (shower only).
The stunning 10mx5m pool has a large covered terrace area, and is a perfect place for relaxing and watching the sun set over the Campo. There is a barbeque area and small summer kitchen next to the pool, which is perfect for 'Al Fresco' dining.
This finca offers all the modern comforts you need, whilst retaining the rustic Spanish charm for a perfect 'get away from it all' holiday. The picturesque village of Casares with it's unique charm, is only a 10 minute drive away. Marbella is only a 30 minute drive away with it's shops and restaurants, and the Costa De Sol beaches are only 15 minutes away. For those wanting to experience the stunning white beaches and water sports of the Costa De Luz, it is only just over an 1hr drive away. There are plenty of golf courses nearby, with the exclusive Finca Cortesin, only a 10 minute drive away.
