A beautiful 4 bedroom Andalucia holiday villa set in its own pristine gardens with it's own large 12 metre diameter circular swimming pool. It has beautiful views across the Acedia valley and is completely secluded .
This gorgeous villa was designed by an award winning architect who using his intimate knowledge of the Mediterranean lifystyle brings together modern comforts but with the rustic Spanish touch.
Built on two levels, the main living room, the dining area and kitchen are on the higher floor with the three principal bedrooms below.There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Doors open either to private terraces or to the pool and gardens.
There is a fourth twin bedded room on the upper level which has an en-suite shower room.This leads directly from the rear terrace with veiws to the garden.
The lounge has a high, wooden beamed ceiling and is comfortably arranged with sofas and armchairs and has an open fireplace. French doors open to a shaded terrace at the back of the house as well as to the gardens at the front.
From the lounge you take a few steps up and and you find the dining area which is separated from the kitchen. The kitchen is rustic although is equipped with gas hob, fridge freezer and dish washer plus other amenities.
Outside there are various terraces including a barbecue area which over looks the pool.
The Villa is situated down a 2km track which is accesible by a normal hired car. It is 10 minutes from the local village of Casares and 15 minutes from the main Costa de Sol coastal road. Estepona is the nearest resort town and is approx 20 minutes away. Malaga airport is a one hour drive or Gibraltar is 45 minutes.
There are various local restaurants close by to the villa, approx 5 minutes drive all offering local spanish dishes or other varied menus. On the coast you can find the local beach bars which serve up the local fresh fish dishes.
The great historic cities of Sevilla, Granada, and Cordoba are approximately 2 hours drive away.
