This beautiful 4 bedroom Andalucia villa is set in the lovely area of La Celima and has stunning view of the surrounding countryside.
Villa Alas Aguillas offers a wonderful retreat for a family wanting to get away from it all. This warm, friendly, home with original terracotta tiles and wood beamed ceilings has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with twin beds and a single room.
The villa has a single bedroom on the lower level, with ensuite walk in shower room.
The well equipped kitchen also on this level opens up to the spacious, dining and living area with open fireplace. The French doors lead from the living room to the large pool (10m x 5 m) and outside terrace area with stunning views of the mountainside.
The stairs lead up to the 2 double bedrooms both with their own ensuite bathrooms. The twin bedded bedroom has a shower room next door. The views from the balcony’s are of the pine and olive tree covered mountainside. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining, or relax by the pool amongst the olive and fig trees and enjoy a glass of Rosado watching the sun go down.
The white village of Casares is only a 10 minute drive away. Walk up to the remains of the Moorish castle and watch the Griffon eagles swoop overhead. Sample the local tapas in the village bars. There are some highly recommended restaurants within a 15 minute drive of the villa. The coast is a 20 minute drive and all it has to offer, Malaga is an hours drive. Change over is Saturday to Saturday.
There is air conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms, electricity is charged at cost normally approx 30 euros a week.
Alas de Aguilas is a lovely Andalucia Holiday Villa and perfect for a week or two's complete relaxtion. It is only a few minutes walk from Casa Amaryllis if you are looking for two family villas in close proximity.
