Weather Forecast

The Costa del Sol weather is renowned and no wonder it's called the "Sunny Coast" with more than 300 days of sunshine per year and one of the best, most reliable and healthiest climates in the world.

During the winter months the climate is temperate with average daytime temperatures of about 16ºC and nighttime lows of around 10C. There can be some rainy days during the winter season but this tends to vary from year to year and it rarely lasts more than a few days at a time.  The winter season is particularly suited for playing golf.

During the summer months of July and August the daytime temperatures reach about 30º-35ªC.  It usually doesn't rain at all apart from perhaps one or two summer storms that will only last a few hours at a time. As the number of hours and the intensity of the sun are very high people and especially children should have sun cream on at all times during the day to prevent burning.

Please note:  You may feel fine out in the sun during the day but in the evening you could become bright red and glowing hot and feel the effects of sunstroke so please protect yourself from the sun and drink plenty of non-alcoholic liquids during the day.
